1. This Court by order dated 9.11.2022 in W.P.(Cr.) No.414 of 2022 filed by the petitioner passed an order directing the petitioner to surrender on or before 6.1.2023. Now, this writ petition has been preferred stating that as per medical report dated 26.12.2022, chances of post-operation infection is very likely and therefore, further time be granted for followup.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and after going through the petitioner’s medical report dated 26.12.2022, we are inclined to grant some more time to the petitioner to undergo treatment. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted time up to 19th February, 2023. The petitioner is th
necessarily surrender on or before 20 February, 2023 .
