1. Earlier by order of this Court dated 26.09.2022, this writ petition was dismissed in default and, thereafter, on 04.11.2022 it was restored by order passed in MCC No.577 of 2022 (Raj Kashyap vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others). But, thereafter on 19.12.2022 and 20.12.2022 when the matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner in two rounds. It appears that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this matter.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
