The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:

“10.1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court.

10.2 To issue an appropriate writ or order and declare that the order dated 25.02.2020 is illegal, bad in law, not sustainable and without jurisdiction.

10.3 To issue an appropriate writ or order and quash the order dated 25.02.2020 (Annexure P-1).

10.4 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.”

2. Mr. Mayank Chandrakar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to take recourse to law under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. to challenge the order dated 25.02.2020 (Annexure P/1) before the competent Court.

3 . Mr. Wasim Miyan, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondents No. 1 and 3 as well as Mr. Shailesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.i to 2.iii have no objection.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
