In the present petition, the petitioner is not challenging any order but

aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after the petitioner vacated the SECL, Bishrampur, District-Surajpur (C.G.) quarter No. miners599 allotted to her when she was posted on the post of CAT.T in the office of Area Personnel Manager, Area Head Quarter SECL, Bishrampur, DistrictSurajpur (C.G.) but after she qualified for the exam of Junior Technical Inspector T & S, Grade – D and posted in SECL, Chirmiri Area, District – Korea (C.G.) she vacated the said quarter and a new quarter was allotted to her in the new place of posting SECL, Chirmiri, District – Korea but even after the respondent authority is deducting the amount of alleged quarter from the salary of the petitioner. He next submits that the petitioner is continuously making an application before the respondent authorities to take the necessary steps on the request of the petitioner but till date, no

appropriate action was taken. Therefore, this petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to decide his application/representation as early as possible.

The limited prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent.

Accordingly, respondent authorities are directed to decide the application/representation (Annexure-P/5) preferred by the petitioner in accordance with the law within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
