1. This application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail has been filed by the accused/applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.315/2022 registered at Police Station Dharsiwa, Raipur for the offence punishable under Sections 20 (b) of the NDPS Act r/w Section 25 of the Arms Act.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file afresh after examination of the seizure witnesses.
3. On due consideration, permission is granted.
4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn
reserving the liberty as prayed for.
