Junashahar Ratanpur to village Mendrapara. FIR was lodged against unknown persons. During course of investigation, applicant and three other co-accused persons were arrested and on Test Identification Parade, the applicant was identified by the complainant as miscreant.

the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by the coordinate bench of this Court and no criminal antecedents have been reported against the applicant, hence, I feel inclined to allow the bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed.
