1 ) Applicant has filed this criminal revision under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the judgment dated 07.07.2012 passed by Second Additional Sessions Judge, Manendragarh, District Korea (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No.30 of 2012.

2 ) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that instant criminal revision has rendered infructuous.

3 ) In view of above submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
