At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the order passed by this Court has already been complied with and learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents have tendered unconditional apology for delay in compliance of the order passed by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the respondents that they have already complied with the order passed by this Court, they have already purged the same and also considering the unconditional apology tendered by them in delayed compliance of the order passed by this Court, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage, therefore, the Contempt proceeding initiated against the respondents is closed. However, the applicant is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondents before appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
