| Given the said submission,this Court is of the opinion that the |
contempt petition as such can be disposed of at this juncture, however in case if the petitioner feels that she has not been paid the entire retiral dues that she was entitled for or in case if there is any less payment made, the right of the petitioner stands reserved for filing a fresh petition in respect of the differential amount.
With the aforesaid liberty, the contempt petition as of now stands disposed of.
