70%. Looking to the difficulty faced by him, he submitted an application before respondent No.3 for his transfer to some other place taking note of Clause 2.8 of the Transfer Policy. Representation was submitted on 23.08.2022 but till date representation submitted by the petitioner is not decided. Petitioner further submitted representation before respondent No. 2 on 30.09.2022 which also is pending consideration and has not been decided. He submits that at this stage, grievance of the petitioner would be redressed if a direction be issued to respondents to consider and decide representation at the earliest.
