Today this case is listed for orders on default of mentioning wrong date in paragraph No. 8.2 of the writ petition.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he will cure the defect during the course of the day. Petitioner is directed to cure the defect during the course of the day.

Also heard on admission. With the consent of the parties, matter is heard finally.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that by impugned order of transfer dated 09.09.2022 (Annexure P-1), petitioner who is working as Assistant Teacher (L.B.) at Government Primary School Darridih, Block Lundra, Dist. Surguja, C.G. is transferred to Primary School Pasena, Block Lundra, Dist. Surguja, C.G., on administrative ground. However, he submits that as the State

Government has already constituted a Committee under the Transfer Policy for consideration of grievance against transfer of an employee, he may be permitted to submit a representation before the concerned Committee raising his grievance and a direction be issued to the Committee to consider and decide the representation at the earliest.

Mr. Sandeep Dubey, learned State counsel submits that he is having no objection on the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of above, I find it appropriate to dispose off this writ petition permitting the petitioner to submit representation raising grievance before the Committee constituted by the State Government within a period of 02 weeks from today and, if such a representation is filed, Committee is directed to decide the representation submitted by petitioner within a further period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this Order.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
