Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that transfer order has already been executed. Nothing remains to be adjudicated. However certain grievances are raised regarding the way in which relieving orders were passed by respondent. Be that as it may be. It is not a fit case to consider the same and it would be considered in the appropriate case.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed off.
