In pursuance of the direction issued by this Court on 18.07.2022, Mr. Ghanshyam Singh, General Manager, South Eastern Coalfields Limited is present in person before this Court along with counsel for SECL. He would submit that case of the petitioner for dependent employment will be examined and decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. To which, counsel for the petitioner has no objection.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the respondents/SECL, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents/SECL to consider and decide the petitioners'

application for dependent employment in accordance with National Coal Wage Agreement.

It is also expected from the petitioner to cooperate with the Respondents/SECL for just and fair decision on the application filed by the petitioner for his dependent employment and he shall supply all the relevant documents relating to his dependent employment to the respondents/Authorities and in turn the respondents/SECL shall consider and decide the petitioner's case for dependent employment within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
