“10.1. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 to release the salary of the petitioners with interest forthwith.
10.2. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to pay the arrears of 6th Pay Commission as well as yearly increments to the petitioner for which they are legally entitled and pay the

regular salary every months.
10.3. That, the respondent no.2 and 3 may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners regarding releasing of the salary.
10.4. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.”
