Shri Vimlesh Bajpai, Government Advocate for the appellant/State. Heard on application for grant of leave to appeal under Section 378(3) of the Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 25-09-2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dhamtari in Sessions Trial No.39 of 2018. On due consideration of the judgment and considering further the statement of the parents of the deceased-Saraswati Bai, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the appellant is permitted to prefer an appeal against the aforesaid impugned judgment. Cr.M.P.No.622 of 2022, thus, stands disposed of.
