	Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a sister of the jail-inmate who is lodged in Ambikapur Jail. It is alleged that the brother of the petitioner, who is lodged in Jail is being tortured by the other inmates, therefore, he has made an application to the Jailer but it has not been considered. Limited prayer is made that the said representation may be considered.

Having perused Annexure P-1, this Court do not deem it fit
to keep this petition pending, instead it is directed that the Jail
Superintendent, Central Jail Ambikapur, shall decide the
representation of the petitioner with a positive feeling within a
period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed off.
