Mr. Pramod Ramteke and Mr. Chetan Kumar, counsel for the Applicant. State by Mr. Ajay Kumrani, Panel Lawyer. The victim along with informant/complaint appeared through Video Conferencing from DLSA Balod and stated that they have objection to grant of bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is second bail application for grant of bail to the applicant and the first bail application was dismissed on 15.12.2021. Having considered the objection raised by the victim, I am not inclined to evaluate the admissibility of evidence at this stage. Let the evidence be kept open for adjudication by the learned trial Court. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
