who is senior citizen was owner of Khasra No.1322/2 admeasuring 0.067 acres which is situated at village Khisora, Tahsil Akaltara. He submits that the revenue maps annexed to the petition as Annexure P-4 to P-8 would show the situation of land of Kh.No.1322/2 on a particular place over a period of time. It is stated that all of a sudden the Patwari changed the location of the map vide Annexure P-9 whereby the land of Khasra No. 1322/2 belonged to the petitioner was changed as 1322/1 for which the complaint was made to the SDO wherein after enquiry it was found that the complaint is correct and the SDO directed the Tahsildar to correct the map. Subsequently when the order was challenged, it was stayed by the same SDO. He submits that the petitioner is running from pillar to post and location of the land of the petitioner has been changed by respondent no.7 the Halka Patwari with the connivance of respondents 8 and 9 and the boundary wall of land has been demolished. He submits that a written report was made to the police vide Annexure P-14, therefore, the police be directed to investigate the offence committed by respondent no.7 Jyoti in connivance of the respondents 8 & 9 namely Akhilesh Kaushik and Niranjan Mukim.
