Ashok	Perused the PUD, which is a request letter sent by learned Court of 5^thCivil Judge Class-II, Durg. This Court by WPC No.916/2021 has directed to decide the Civil Suit within an outer limit of one year from the receipt of the order. The request letter purports that because of Carona, lock-down was effected and subsequently interim applications were filed, therefore, the case could not be decided. The letter is dated 15.02.2022. Having considered the fact because of the lock-down, the normal functioning of the Court were suspended, further 4 months time is allowed to decide the Civil Suit No.58-A/2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
