Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by lapse of time during pendency of this petition, the civil suit has been finally decided by the learned Trial court and the petitioner has also preferred an appeal. He further submits that he may be permitted to raise all the grounds before the appellate court.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection on the submission made.

Considering the facts that civil suit has finally been decided by the learned trial court, the petition is dismissed being rendered infructuous, reserving all the rights to raise all the available grounds before the appellate court.
