1. This Criminal Revision is filed against the order dated 27.12.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg (C.G.) in Case No. 1076/2017, whereby the learned Family Court awarded interim maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- to non-applicant No.1 and Rs. 2,000/- to non-applicant No.2 respectively.

1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision with a direction to the learned Family Court to decide the application filed by the non-applicants under Section 125 of CrPC within stipulated time.

1. Considering the limited prayer of the applicant and further considering that application under Section 125 of CrPC was moved by the non-applicants on 21.09.2017 which is still pending before the learned Family Court, I am inclined to disposed of this criminal revision, with a direction to the learned

Family Court to decide the application moved by the nonapplicants under Section 125 of CrPC preferably within a period of three months.

Accordingly, the case is disposed of at motion stage.
