- This 1st anticipatory bail application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the Applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.201/2021 registered at Police Station – Ganj, District – Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 408, 420, 467 and 468 IPC.
- Prosecution case is that the present Applicant who was an employee of Indo Star Capita Finance Limited, with help of co-accused Rajat Agrawal, has obtained certain amounts from various customers of the said Company and defrauded to the tune of Rs.40 lacs and issued NOC to one Sitaram Gupta, whose vehicle was mortgaged in Cholamandalam Finance Limited for taking loan of Rs.16 lacs, therefore, offence as mentioned above has been lodged against the present Applicant.
