is now age about two and half years. On 24.04.2022 some money dispute took place between them and thereafter deceased came to her parental home. On the next day i.e. on 25.04.2022, she consumed poison. She was taken to hospital and during the course of treatment she died. Based on morgue intimation, crime was registered for commission of offence under Section 306 of I.P.C. against the applicant.
