thereafter based on statement of Mamta Sao recorded on 7.7.2022, instant crime is registered against applicant on 10.7.2022 and the applicant was arrested on 15.7.2022.

7.7.2022 of Mamta Sao, sister of deceased Hina Sao; further considering that the parents of deceased Hina Sao, in their statement recorded under Section 161 CrPC on 5.2.2021, have not levelled any allegation of commission of torture and cruelty upon deceased Hina Sao by applicant; statement of Mamta Sao was recorded only on 7.7.2022 after one and half year; without commenting anything on merits of case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to applicant. Accordingly, bail application is allowed and it is directed that applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/with one surety in the like sum to satisfaction of trial Court concerned on the conditions that;
