alleging that applicant abducted and took her daughter on 11.08.2021 and thereafter she did not return back to her house. Based on the report, initially FIR was registered for commission of offence under Section 363 of I.P.C. During the course of investigation, prosecutrix was recovered, after recording her statement under Section 161, offence under Section 366, 376, (2) (n), 450 of I.P.C. and Section 4 & 6 of POCSO Act has been registered and applicant was arrested on 08.08.2021.
