1. This second application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail has been filed by the accused/applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.151/2021 registered at Police Station Bilaigarh, Baloda Bazar Bhatapara for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 34 of IPC.
2. After arguing for sometime counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application.
3. On due consideration, permission granted. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
