| The counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner already had received an extension of time vide MCC No. 94/2022 which was disposed on 23.02.2022, wherein the Department had already been granted 30 days time for compliance. Though it is more than 5 months that the extension of time was granted by this Court in MCC No.94/2022, till date there is a non-compliance on the part of the applicant, so far as the order passed by this Court and the present |
MCC has now been filed seeking for further extension of time. During the course of the submission, the counsel for the applicant submits that now that the entire formalities are already complete, it is only a formal order which needs to be passed by the applicant-Establishment and for which the matter has already been placed before the Company Headquarter, at Bilaspur. Given the fact that the entire formalities are already complete and it is only an order which has to be passed by the applicant - Establishment, this Court is not inclined to grant any further extension of time. It is expected that the respondent authorities would act in a responsible manner and take a prompt decision. The present MCC accordingly stands rejected. Sd/(P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE
