2 . The matter pertains to the proceeding under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C. which was initiated in the year 2008. It appears that the parties are not interested in prosecution of the case as in both the rounds no one appeared on behalf of the parties.
3 . The matter pertains to the proceeding under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C. and no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners or the respondents. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss this criminal revision for want of prosecution. Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed for want of prosecution.
