After perusal of the impugned judgment dated 30.11.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) in Criminal Case No.1501/2015, I am inclined to allow this petition and the Petitioner/State is hereby permitted to prefer an appeal against the said judgment. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and disposed of. Registry is directed to register the case as a regular acquittal appeal under the head “Acquittal Appeal” and list the matter thereafter for its admission. Sd/- |
