1. In the light of the subsequent developments that have transpired and also the Order dated 29.3.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.1508/2022 and the Order dated 12.7.2022 passed in W.A. No.329/2022, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to proceed further with the present Contempt Petition. However, the right of the Petitioner would stand reserved to take appropriate steps if situation arises in case of noncompliance of the two Orders referred above.
