Heard both the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though in compliance of order dated 14.03.2022 passed by this Court in WPC No.869 of 2022, respondents granted provisional registration and enrollment has already been done but in this regard no certificate has been issued by the respondent authority, therefore, it is prayed that this contempt petition may be disposed of directing the respondent authority to issue provisional certificate with regard to enrollment of the petitioners as directed by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2022 in WPC No.869 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the above prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, however, he submits that provisional certificate will be issued but it should be subject to outcome of the final decision of the matter.

On due consideration and on the basis of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, this contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to issue provisional certificate to the petitioners of their enrollments within four weeks from today.

With the above observation, the instant contempt petition is disposed of.
