In view of the reply filed, prima facie I do not find that any contempt of the order dated 13.02.2020 is made out and no deliberate disobedience is committed of the order dated 13.02.2020.

The applicant however shall be at liberty to challenge the main grievance under a duly constituted petition

In view of this, the contempt petition stands disposed off.
