1. The limited grievance that Petitioner seeks in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondents to consider his representation which he has preferred on 13.8.2021 seeking for upgradation of his ACR in respect of the year 2017-18.
2. Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that, let the Respondents take an appropriate decision in view of the fact that the Petitioner's claim for promotion to the post of Superintending Engineer has already been considered by the Departmental Promotion Committee convened on 16.8.2021.
3. The limited relief sought for by Petitioner is not opposed by learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for Respondents.
4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of expecting the Respondent Authorities to take an appropriate decision on the application/representation that the Petitioner has preferred, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
