1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.4/Chhattisgarh State Pharmacy Council be directed to consider the petitioner's candidature for registration as Pharmacist under the provisions of Pharmacy Act, 1948.

2. Mr. Vaibhav A. Goverdhan, learned counsel for Chhattisgarh State Pharmacy Council, submits that petitioner's application for registration as pharmacist will be considered in accordance with law within the period of two months.

3. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel, respondent No.4 is directed to consider petitioner's application for registration as pharmacist within the period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
