1. The limited grievance which the Petitioner has raised in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondents to know her as to why she was not found eligible for appointment to the post of Constable/GD in Central Armed Police Force.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner on her application made was found suitable and she was called for the selection process and she has also cleared the examination and had undergone the physical efficiency test also which she had done relatively well and she had qualified for that also, yet she has not been called upon for appointment to the post of Constable/GD.

Given the limited grievance that the Petitioner has, the present Writ Petition at this juncture can be disposed of directing Respondents No. 2 & 3 to intimate the Petitioner the reasons why she was not found eligible or suitable for appointment to the post that she had applied for. Let appropriate intimation in this regard be given to the Petitioner, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
