Parties have filed a compromise petition. The terms are just. We hereby record the compromise and pass an award in terms of compromise, wherein Respondent 3/ Insurance Company has agreed to pay sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand) to the appellants in addition to the amount already awarded by the Claims Tribunal, and order that respondent No. 3-lnsurance Company shall pay the claimants/appellants additional sum by way of

compensation within a period of 60 days from today, failing which interest @ 6% per annum shall be payable till its realization. This enhanced amount shall be deposited by the Insurance Company before the concerned Claims Trjbunal within the aforesaid period. On such deposit being made, the Claims Tribunal shall disburse the same to the claimants/appellants through their bank account. Other conditions imposed by the Claims Tribunal will remain intact.

A copy of the docket (compromise arrived at between the parties) be sentto the Claims Tribunal along with its record, and a copy of the award passed today, forthwith.
