Three Lakhs and Fifty Thousand) to the appellants in addition to the amount already awarded by the Claims Tribunal, and order that respondent No. 3-lnsurance Company shall pay the claimants/appellants additional sum by way of compensation within a period of 60 days from today, failing which interest @ 6% per annum shall be payable till its realization. This enhanced amount shall be deposited by the Insurance Company before the concerned Claims Tribunal within the aforesaid period. On such deposit being made, the Claims Tribunal shall disburse the same to the claimants/appellants through their bank account. Other conditipns imposed bythe Clciimsl'n^ remain intact.
