It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent has filed a divorce petition, which has been registered as Civil Suit No.105-A/2016, which is pending before the learned Family Court, Bilaspur. It is further submitted that the case was posted for final arguments on 28.11.2020. The petitioner could not give her appearance for the reason that there had been spread in the cases of Corona infection in her village, therefore, her counsel filed an application for adjournment. The learned Family Court rejected the application for adjournment, heard the argument of respondent side and has posted the case for passing final order on 04.12.2020.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that injustice will be caused to the petitioner, in case, the judgment is passed without giving the opportunity of submitting final argument to the petitioner. Hence, direction be issued in this respect.

Considered on the submissions and without notice to the respondent side, this petition is disposed off. The learned Family Court, Bilaspur is directed to give the petitioner opportunity of submitting final arguments within a period of 15 days from today and after hearing the same, the learned Family Court can proceed for passing final order in this case.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
