enclosed wherein the High Court has ordered to list that WPCR No.13 of 2017 for final hearing and in the meanwhile directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, till the next date of hearing. In view of this, at present there is no apprehension looms large on the applicant for arrest as already there is a protective order passed by this Court in WPCR No.13 of 2017, therefore, at present if any order is passed, it would be contrary to the earlier order passed by this Court on either side. Consequently, at present it appears that the present application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable as no apprehension of arrest exist. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is
dismissed.
