1 . Perused the record .

2 . Earlier one appeal i.e. Cr.A. No.54 of 2000 has been filed on behalf of the appellant against judgment dated 20.11.2000 arising out of Special Case No.17/2000. It appears that this appeal is a repeated one. The earlier appeal has already been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 14.02.2017. Therefore, adjudication of this appeal is not required.

3 . Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as the same is already adjudicated.
