1. None for the Petitioners.
2. Grievance raised by the Petitioners was to permit them to participate in the examination which the Respondents had conducted for the post of Headmaster of Primary Schools.
3. There was no interim order to the extent of any restrained given against the Respondent for continuing with the recruitment process.

Taking into consideration the fact that the prayer was only to permit them to participate in the examination and by efflux of time the examination must have been concluded and recruitment also must have been completed, this Court is of the view that the grievance raised by the Petitioners by efflux of time has rendered infructuous.
5. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous, reserving the right of the Petitioners for raising any grievance by moving appropriate application if grievance still survives.
