Heard counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are working as Educational Instructor and posted at various places of District Balrampur-Ramanujganj. They have filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to respondent

authorities to consider their eligibility for regularization/absorption under the State Government.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' representation Annexure P-2 is pending before respondent authorities for their appointment in Class-IV in any department under the State Government.

The present case is squarely covered by the order dated 09.08.2017 passed in Writ Petition (S) No.3241/2014 “Virendra Bahadur Singh and others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others”.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the aforesaid order it is ordered that the petitioners may file fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case the petitioners file fresh representation before the competent authority, in that event competent authority shall decide such representation in accordance with law and procedure within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation.
