(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the notice issued to

the petitioners for verification of their caste is bad and unsustainable in law.

(3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

(4) The respondent No. 2 – Bhilai Steel Plant has issued notice to the petitioners only

for filing of form of verification of their caste, that cannot be held to without jurisdiction and without authority of law, and that too the said notice was issued way back on 29.04.2014.

(5) Consequently, the writ petitions are closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to

proceed in accordance with law.
