(1) After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition

with liberty to file revision petition before the Divisional Commissioner in view of the decision rendered by this Court in the matter of Ganga Sahu 1 & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh .
(2) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.
(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. However, if such revision petition is filed before the Divisional Commissioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the Divisional Commissioner expeditiously preferably within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of revision petition.
(4) The certified copy of the impugned order and other relevant documents be returned to the counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing attested photocopy thereof.
