This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is by the landlord challenging a decision of the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Tribunal .
2. Today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the first respondent tenant have entered into an out court settlement and that the first respondent has vacated the premises.
3. He accordingly says that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
