(1) The petitioner has lost his cheque against which he has lodged a report to the Police Station, Navali, Bhilai, District Durg, but no action has been taken in this regard by the said Police Station, therefore this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner whereas, learned Counsel for the State/respondents submits that the petitioner's complaint has been lodged/registered.
(2) In view of submission made by the counsel for the State/respondents, nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
