I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for grant of patta expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
