(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to prefer application for reconsideration/review of the
impugned order dated 02.07.2010 passed by respondent No. 2- Board of Revenue as their interest is affected by the impugned order.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and the same is allowed accordingly.
(2) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file application for reconsideration/review of the order dated 02.07.2010 passed by respondent No. 2- Board of Revenue and in turn the resondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously after hearing the parties.
(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
