Parties are present before this court in person.

Since a common issue is involved in both the revisions, they are heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common order.

Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submit that the parties have settled their dispute as per agreement dated 13-112017 and Gaurishankar Nirmalkar, non-revisioner in CRR No. 696 of 2013 will pay to Priya Nirmalkar, revisioner in CRR No. 696 of 2013 lump sum amount of Rs.3,20,000/- out of which Rs.25,000/is given to her on 11-5-2017 and rest of the amount will be given to her through bankers' cheque. As per banker's cheque dated 10-112017 the non-revisioner Gaurishankar Nirmalkar has paid Rs.2,95,000/- to the revisioner Priya Nirmalkar and as per their agreement proceeding pending for execution under Domestic Violence Act, 2005 will be withdrawn by non-revisioner Gaurishankar Nirmalkar and that proceeding will be dropped.

As the non-revisioner has complied with the agreement and nothing remains to be complied by the non-revisioner on his part on peculiar issue, the instant revision petitions stand disposed of.

Consequently, all other interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
