children. There is evidence that the applicant harassed his wife and thrown out her of his house for that she was reported the matter at Police Station Katghora. It is not a case where the respondent No.1 is living separate without any cause. The applicant has not taken any legal recourse for restitution of conjugal rights and for custody of children that shows his neglect towards the wife and children. No issues is involved to interfere with the order of maintenance passed by the Family Court and the same is not liable to be interfered with invoking the jurisdiction of revision by this Court.
